In this role, you will be the driving force that turns abstract concept visuals into compelling,
emotive lifestyle stories. You will not only lead the visual direction but also develop skills in
technique enhancement and storytelling, and expand your imagination for further
development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, AI
Tools, and similar tools to produce high-quality 3D visuals, realistic scenes, and fluid
animations.
• Collaborate with creative teams on high-profile projects, turning raw concepts into
compelling, cinema-quality narratives.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and milestones across visualization projects.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review outputs for consistency with project goals and brand standards.
• Mentor and manage subordinates.
• Manage revisions and feedback cycles efficiently.
• Communicate & meet with clients to identify the required scope & deliverables.
• Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the team.
• Support presentations and pitches with polished visual materials.
• Create the necessary memos, briefs, and detailed minutes for regular meetings in any
project coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of five years of proven experience in the field of visualization is mandatory.
• BSc in Architecture, Interior Design, or Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
• Crea-ve ar-st with exper-se in hyper-realis-c 3D visualiza-on and anima-on.
• Fluent in English for seamless client interactions and project updates.
• Passionate about storytelling through visuals, with a portfolio showcasing lifestyle-driven
3D work.
• Team-oriented mindset & adaptability in a creative environment.
• Has a keen and creative eye for composition, mood, and photorealism.
